Registration charges are inclusive of 18% GST

**Children below 6 years are exempt from banquet charges. Children aged 6 years and above will be charged ₹3,000.
Requests for cancellation and refund of registration fees will be processed as per the following timeline:

| After November 5th, 2025 | No refund will be provided |
Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
The delegate must pay all bank charges and transaction/transfer fees related to refund processing.
Refunds apply only to the registration amount.
GST, card transaction charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official conference
