Guidelines for Abstract submission:

Word Limit: Each abstract must be limited to a maximum of 250 words.

Content Restrictions: Abstracts must not include figures, tables, photographs, or illustrations.

Structured Abstracts (for Scientific Papers and Posters):Abstracts submitted under the scientific category (for both oral and poster presentations) must follow a structured format, including the following sections:

1. Introduction – Brief background and context.
2. Aim and/or Objectives – Clear statement of the research purpose.
3. Methodology – Outline of study design, sample, tools, and procedures.
4. Results – Key findings, including relevant statistical analysis.
5. Conclusion – Summary of major findings without speculation.

Unstructured Abstracts (for General Posters):Abstracts submitted under the general category (Theme-based posters) may follow an unstructured format, but should still clearly convey the purpose and key message.

Submission Deadline:The last date for abstract submission is 15^th September, 2025.
